Post an Admin Request listing the game, your empire, and the replacement player. An admin can reassign your empire to the replacement.
Your empire can be returned to you later the same way.

That is unnecessary. The game host can do that too. It is the game host's job to take care of that sort of stuff, so that the PBW admins don't get so bogged down.  |
