That's really funny you say that. I've had a game recently that the opposite is happening. I keep ordering my ships to declaoak and when the turn runs they are cloaked again.

I had that too, in 1.49 game. IIRC I would take some ships out of a fleet, decloak, return them to the fleet, but after the turn ran, they were cloaked again.
