Ahh, This is vague I know, esthetically I felt this was better to leave out some info however you can see the totals and devide the CCs, plus some other reasons in regards to capture…
Notice if you play a Specific Race you get some of there specific Culture Centers. In example Crystal Construction, Temporal Construction etc. which allows there specific structures.
