The drones don't seem to want to attack throught a warp point. I tried to order them to attack the ships instead of the warp point. They did attack but they didn't use the fastest route. The drones went throught the other warp point and attacked from same system where the ships were.

I tried the same thing so that the two systems are connected with only one warp point. In that case the drones didn't even move away from the planet.
