Re: moo3 interview - i\'m curious about aaron\'s (et al) response/view ;)
I have to disagree there PCP. I can honestly say that I enjoy playing SEIV far more than I have MOO3.
When you turned me onto SEIV, I enjoyed the game from the word go. It was relatively easy to learn, and looked great with a nice DOS feel to it.
MOO3 has proven to be a huge universal sized disappointment on a planetary scale. (That is very very very bad folks.)
I think we should compare the two games to each other. I mean both are 4 X, both have planets, space ships, etc. So why not compare them?
SEIV is by far eons ahead of Masters Of Orion 3 that it is not even on the same planet. Oh I see, your right, there can be no comparison, because MOO3 sucks so horribly that to compare it to SEIV you'd have to elevate it out of the pits of pathetica enough to even register it on the worst game of the year scope, and that alone would require the gravitational pull of a super nova.
I stand corrected. Your right PCP, there is no need to compare the two. And for the record, you cannot even compare MOO3 to Star Wars. That is an insult! (Assuming that SEIV is Star Trek O/C)
