Well, yeah - it takes up far more space than it should, it tells anyone who looks at the source that Word was used, it does funny things that it doesn't tell you about, and it uses bad programming practices. I did call it "curious", didn't I? It is ok for someone who just wants to post a few pictures or link to a few files; perhaps with some text for those who don't want to put in the effort to learn HTML. It is definitely not for those who want to produce a quality web page.
