Small problem, When I was editing my empire, since we aren't using intelegence in this game I lowered the "
INTELEGENCE" trait(which I now know controlls "
REASEARCH") down to %50 in the editor, instead of
CUNNING which effects the spy stuff. (you'd think intellegence would effect intellegence, but whatever
I screwed up(I knew I'd do something), is it OK if I resubmit my empire file?
