I still think AIC miss small meson bLaster and small graviton beam. Small MB should be proportionaly smaller and weaker compared to small APB. Small GB should have a rate of 3 - between "generic" fighter weapons and small AM torpedo. Damage should be like small APB but skip ALL shields. According to the description, it is fast alternating pulses of tractor and repulsing beams shaking the target. So far I did't see any shield in Sci-FI that can block ship' shatter. For example, Enterprise always shakes violently whenever anything hits its shields.
