Oleg and I decided long ago it would upset Missile balance and droped it on the Cannons. However, we can revisit this in tests, please let us know what you think after that.

The Repair Bay Compartment upkeep should be reduced, please also test: 25%/20%/15% repectivly and 10% for multiplay.
