You need to wait for the games owner (Tesco) to approve you as a player.
Normaly you would get an e-mail with the approval, but that may not work at the moment. Maybe it is best to check in on the game once in a while. You would probably need to download the first turn manually, the download button will appear as soon as you are approved. You will also gain access to the games forum (does not work at the moment). Do your turn, remeber to be nice to the Earth Alliance (a gift of a planet is always appreciated
) . Upload your turn. Wait. And so on...
