I agree with this sentiment heartily. Tiny moon + CSF III = 20 Sm. Weapon Platforms. And if you've got two of these over a huge gas giant...
(For some reason I have trouble seeing "Military Installations" with anything but SY, Resupply, and CSF as unfaithful to the name... Yes, I have problems.
