Needs confirmation e-mail from Unknown_enemy and empires from Greybeard and Tbontob.
Greybeard is about to upload.
I need e-mail confirmation from all players due to two reasons:
-I need to know that any eventual newsflash is read, i e is your e-mail valid.
-I need a baseline IP adress from all players to check against replacement players later in the game (Learnt from NGC2).
