THANK YOU FYRON!

This gives me a way to mod two things that I have wanted Forever. Fighters that can only move in combat, and sattelites with combat movement. (using a fighter hull)

I tried these before but kept getting stuck on the fact that fighters with no engines still get a move point in strategic. I never thought to change the engines per move. Sweet.

Also, a quick test confirms that an unmodified fighter with no engines gets one move per combat turn. Also a fighter modified as previoulsy discussed so that it has no strategic movement gets no combat movement either. This is to be expected since 0/2 =is 0 whether you round up or down. But hey when fighters with no engines can move you kind of learn to test even the obvious stuff.
