Default Atmospheric Converters broken?
I just noticed that putting more than 1 converter onto a planet seems not to have any additional effect. More odd is that a planet with a converter I AND a converter II acutally gets his atmosphere LATER than a planet with only a converter II. When I noticed this i did a test, scrapping the converter I and only leaving the II on the planet will immediately convert the atmosphere (maybe because it was long overdue to be converted).
Bug or feature, and can please someone explain this in more detail if feature?
