Has anyone had problems with buying Online at the mall here?

I am trying to illicit a response from the peaople I gave my money to.

Here is a copy of the email I have sent to mall@shrapnelgames.com

I have 'X'ed out the order and trackinbg numbers so that this order doesn't get hijacked.

Will someone please reply to my email.

I have already email-ed this address about my order, and I did not receive ANY response.

When the order arrived the CD was damaged. UPS doesn't care as I had already signed for it, you don't care because you ignored my earlier email.

What I need to know is how do I get a replacement CD? I can send you a photograph of the CD in question so you don't think I am trying to rip you off.

But as far as I'm concerned, is that YOU'RE ripping me off by ignoring my email-s.

An acknowledgement of any kind would be an improvement.

Remember I payed YOU $46.

Okay I know, I needed to check the parcel when it arrived. The carrier was UPS and they are a bunch of morons. I have had numerous problems with them and they just don't care.

IMHO don't use them.

All I want is a replacement disk. I'll pay for the damn thing, for pete's sake.
