Ok,

I'm I guess a little bored with a game I have right now (med difficulty, no comp bonus) where I have a much stronger ranked ai who declared war on me (and shows characteristics that all are 'aggressive') and for ten billion turns, has done not a single thing to me and posed zero challenge.

I want the mods! Is there a place I can go, sort of a one-stop-shopping place, where I can get the latest mod complete with all the wonderful things it does listed out?
