Well I guess I could... it's still quite early in the game though, and it might take me more than 30 combat turns to burn through the planet's shielding using torps and destroyers. Besides, I don't want to risk damage to the facilities.
but yeah, 11000 troops.  I'll have to check up on some of the other neutrals I've found, see how many they've accumulated... |
