Problems like this generally arise from not using Internet Exploder, which PBW was designed for.
Even when disabling all security settings, I have never been able to get the Accept/Kick/Finish buttons to work in Mozilla Firefox.
Probably shouldn't discuss this further in this thread, so as not to clutter it up. Just posting confirmation that this is an on-going issue...
