You pronounce it like this "m-l-m-b-d" Just the letters themselves. Unless you want to try to make some kind of pronouncable word out of it.  Mlmbd has explained a couple other times that it stands for "Mom Loves Me Best Dude" from some show. I forget which show it was though.
