[Mako]

Why can't, on some planets, there be native races? I was thinking of something that could posibly be talked too, but would more likely be someone to invade and use as colonists on planets without your own atmoshpere. I know they'd be nothing more than cannon fodder for bigger empires, but it would be more realistic.
