Well, pretty much all there is (AFAIK) is the little blurb at the start each file. Other than that, its pretty much trial and error.

I'm sure many of the folks here can help if you have a specific question or problem, but as far as a general explanation?...well, I dont think MM has compiled such an animal yet.
