Hi, I assume you created the mod. I have a few problems with the mod. I thought it might have been some other mods I downloaded, but I installed a fresh copy of gold with th 1.84 patch and still have the same problem.

First problem (I corrected,I think). When loading the mod I got an error when loading point defense weapons. ftr\drone, etc. wasn't valid. I changed it to match the one in the original file.

second problem, I cannot correct. It apparently reads the default AI research, and cannot define "CLOAKING".

Error message "Unknown value Cloaking for tech area name in record cloaking"
Am I the only one getting these problems?
