Sure. One crevate, for a border world that the enemy may be able to glass it may make sense to build a cluster of 5 resources plants plus robotfacil, as well as a cluster of 5 intel (or research plants) plus data complex.
this way loosing a planet or two doesn't completely screw you in one area. |
