It's in there. It's named Battle Cruiser1.bmp however. Ran into the same thing.
Take the 1 off??? I can not "Start" a new game till I do AI in "Saved" games have multi componets the are to only be 1 of (nothing new here)
That's all I did. Just renamed the file. No more problems! Where abouts In Michigan do you live? I'm in Novi.
