The Ai update won't have any effect on this PBW game as the AI's will seldom, if ever be in control of an empire. I don't think we are going to have neutrals this time. Perhaps next time.

Regarding the challenge of rating, gosh, it looks like no one else in this game is registered for rating... how am I gonna get rated if there's no one to compare against?

Perhaps some of you would like to join the SEIV Rating community?

I haven't looked into the rating system, therefore I know nothing about it. Sorry man.
