Another race is using it. Try a varation of it, like:

Enterprise A or Enterprise t1 etc

The thing with design names is that some use the same names and once in a while you get conflicts.

If two races are using the same design names file, then you will get a lot of conflicts. Just use varations of the name. Akira X or so.

Thanks. I'd never had that problem before in all of the games I'd played.
Is there a way to make a design name list race specific? It seems that there is but I didn't know they get shared occasionally.
