They are not in any danger. They have no connection to you or to STM what-so-ever. They have never endorsed your mod or used it as a selling point to make more sales of SE4, so they have not in any way violated any copyrights. You have not either, as you have made it clear that Star Trek is copyrighted and all, and you have not made any profit from the mod.
