Not as of the current Version.
This is a known issue and I have reported this to MM, as I am sure lots of others have also.
Side note: There is an interesting bug about Resupply Depots on moons. They will resupply anything except fighters. Fighters benefit from Resupply Depots only if they are on the main planet. Also reported to MM.
