Oh, OK. So you're referring to the colonies screen where you click on "production," correct? On the other hand, if the line above the planet's construction queue where it says "rate" refers to the how fast a planet can build. Have I got it right now?
If so, how can I tell what my base rate was for each planet in terms of production? |
