Well a link will certainly go in the Important SE4 Info thread that is stickied at the top. I Plan on making a web page for this.

In fact... what do you think of the formatting style of this page: http://galileo.spaceports.com/~kazharii/directory/
Keep in mind that it has no content yet, just layout style. I plan on having images in the left most column. Any and all comments would be appreciated.
