Re: shipsizes - i've emphasized the BC size because then i thought its optimal, now i know the Battleship is amongst the best sizes. The SC techs 7 and up are quite far in the tech file. Bad idea.
Expansion is bad, yes. Im thinking around that now. Also realize they have Ice/CO2 so this is also a problem. I still like it though
