V1.27 - AI Still Seems to always have 4 items in Research Queue
Just started a new game and the AI players seem to be using a 4 tech queue still. I will mod the files a bit to see if changing the settings can force it to reduce the queue, otherwise, its back to my "Filler techs" mod again....
