because the changes the patch makes we cant fix in text files, ie improper event frequency. 1.24?(fixed metor shower event happinging every turn) things like that that we cant fix just my modifying the txt files. also improving how the ai works in ways we shouldn't need to/can't ie ai ignores default componant.

things like that NEED to be fixed.
