I am comitted to getting this issue resolved with the current DSL provider, however we are looking at some alternative options to make sure that long term outages like this don't occur in the future. Well, as I said, I didn't know what a commercial cable account might cost...I was guessing (hoping) that it might only cost $10 or $15 more per month (our consumer connection costs $34.95 per month).
Guess we'll keep out fingers crossed.
