That must be the optimist in you (  ). For my part, seeing that it wasn't fixed in 4 or 5 days after both types of techs looked at it, I had my doubts that it would ever be fixed. It may still be fixed but failure to do so into the 3rd week sure says a lot for how pathetic the service technicians/companies are.
