It's amazing isn't it. And even though our gas shortage is pretty much a non-issue now, one of the outlying stations that I had to stop at this morning just raised its prices by six cents a gallon (sometime within the Last 4 days). I think they realized that they could squeeze a little more out of us, since they had been at $1.999 Last week when things were bad (they are about 5 miles out of town), and the in-town stations are running between $2.069 and $2.259 for the same gas.
