Ive downloaded and installed 109 new shipsets, I REALLY dont want to have to reinstall the whole lot !

Im sure that a shipset can work without its OWN set of ai and its the default ai thats not working, but then why does my own set and all the others play ok?

Damnit this is confusing.

Can anyone send me a set of up to date default gold ai to try? Im under the impression that using a Races ai would be no good for default, as then ANY race that resources those defaults will act like the one I got it from.

Identify what race produces these Messages. It is obvious one or more of your 109 shipsets have pre-Gold AI. You don't need any extra "default gold AI". Use any of stock or latest TDM races.

But first find the culprit. What race was the Last you installed before the problem appear ? Try to move race folders from pictures/races folder and see if it helps to locate the problem race.

When SE tries to add random race, it goes through AI_settings files of ALL races (I think). If you have just one pre-Gold AI, you will get this problem.
