No way! The case has almost no neck and the diameter is too small when compaired to the length. (Actually, I think it was just a drawing of a generic round) It is much closer to a high-velocity artillery round. I have a large shell casing that looks exactly like the one in the picture (no round of course) It is about 100mm at the neck and perhaps 150 to 175mm an the base and stands about 30 inches high.

To us Yanks, it would be 7.62 NATO Yer smoking gunpowder. It's definitly not an arty round. It does actually have characteristics of a few different types now that I think hard about it. In all liklihood it's not even taken from a real round. Still looks more like the 7.62. I have an unspeant one I took from range a long time ago... wish I could remember where it is.
