OK all you IT persons out there...I am at my whits end with this...I have called (email) MS and they want mula to help me with this!
I have uninstalled IE and reinstalled it
and I still have the 128 bit there! I do not want to wipe and reinstall the OS unless I realy have too I am hoping there is an EZ fix to this (but looking like NO WAY).
Help PLEASE....can I just overwrite windows
