Oleg, I really don,t want to give you a hard time but the AIC v3.02 Events.txt file does not have any “According to events.txt file, conditions change by -20 “

AIC only has a –5 low and a minus –10 med
AIC also has an event that will actually improve your planet +10

I don,t know were you get your information and why you post this misinformation
