What does it do?
It adds atmosphere types to racial traits. For example, if you were playing a rock race - you'd have to pick "Rock Natives" trait in order to get the rock colony module. It costs no points, just prevents you from being able to trade your tech in the same way a temporal race can't trade their techs to someone who doesn't have the temporal trait. |
