This will give you access to the binary. You have to register, but it is free. Be advised I could not find other CVS Version of DosBox. The standard Version in their main Web site does not allow games to run in protected mode..

I was able to get the NON windows Version of UFO running in windowed mode (hope that makes sense
). But the win port is pure crap.
Well, if you only have the windows Version, Xcom is now abandonware. So you won't have trouble finding it.
