No, we don't have it in our language, but it is quite widely known word. It has become something of a slang word among the oung adults. Also I read german 3 years when I was in the school. I am happy that we don't have Joey Millionaire and I think we could also live without The Bold and the Beautiful and Shopping Channel (Churck Norris selling gymnasium equipment!?).
But this is only my opinion. I am also happy you don't know what kind of magazines we have full of gossip of some 15 minutes celebrities... and how many people actually buy them... I don't know whether to cry or laugh
