To get said warrent all they need is probable cause. In most cases such a warrent is only issued when someone's palm is greesed or not. If control is the objective of this, then the RIAA is winning.
I wonder why one of the news magazine shows doesn't blow the cover off of this type of militarisitic jack booted thugism?
