Any music CD placed in the drive will be used by SE4. Look in Settings.txt for the specific tracks used by combat, the main game, the title screen, etc. You can even burn your own custom CD with music from various Sci-Fi games/movies/etc. (such as ST, SW, B5, etc.) and that will work great too!
