Currently seiv.pbw.cc is resolved to a temporary page that a guy set up for me. All it has on it is a page redirecting players to the temporary PBW site at
http://home.covad.net/~geoschmo
The Last few days the redirect page has been intermitant. All I can assume is he's haveing some technical issues with his site. If you can't get to it you should be able to connect directly to the temp site though. The URL isn't as easily remembered though.
