For me it's:
1) SE4
2) Starcraft (friend got it for me, I like it OK, but runnning the Protoss is a little bit of a pain)
3) Aliens vs Preditor 2 - Ed Kolis said it was cool, he's right

Oh. And MAME with 305 rom sets. Shsh. Nothing to see here, move along.
