Would someone be kind enough to ask whether MM would consider (or have they considered) adding monetary economies / government types / cultural and diplomatic victory conditions to SEV (not IV)?

Would it be worth sending well thought out ideas for these playstyles to MM, or would it absolutley be a waste of time?

I'd appreciate it if someone would consider asking those questions.
