I have gotten one and responded telling him to buy it from shrapnel that I could not afford to send him one. No sense in being rude.
Besides I can always add him to my ignor list if I need too. The thing is if he is emailing a bunch of us, how did he get all of our emails?
Oh well, it could just be some kid who wants to have the game and does not want to pirate it.
