I would send him about 40 gigs of odds and ends, perhaps some shipsets and mods, just no game code. Send it as you go to bed so it does not impact your activity. It will piss him off. He will have to DL it, or call his mailserver to get it deleated. Remember to send it as a bunch of smaller files, so it will just leave off some of the attachments when his box overflows. Then send his address to a few known spam lists.
